Role Overview

The Facilities & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing workplace operations, infrastructure management, travel administration, and regulatory compliance for the organization’s office facilities. The role ensures that office operations are effective, secure, and compliant with corporate policies and local regulations.

This role leads the corporate services function,



manages vendor relationships, oversees travel and expense processes, and ensures operational readiness to support business growth. The position also supervises facilities administrators and works closely with leadership, HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless workplace operations.

Facilities Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day office facilities operations to ensure a smooth and productive workplace.
• Supervise facilities staff and ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Manage office infrastructure including workspaces, meeting rooms, utilities, cafeteria.
• Ensure facilities readiness to support employee productivity and organizational growth.

Compliance & Regulatory Management
