Role Description The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and other properties in and around Navi Mumbai, assessing key factors that influence market value. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing market data, reviewing property documents, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.



The role involves coordinating with clients, estate agents, and internal teams to clarify requirements, explain valuation outcomes, and address queries. The Property Valuer will maintain accurate records, use valuation tools and methodologies, and support audits or reviews as needed. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation, with experience in assessing diverse property types.
