Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to define test objectives and conditions.
Design and execute test cases for recent features and regression testing.
Prepare and maintain test environments and test data.
Track, analyze, retest, and document defects.
Maintain and enhance automated regression test suites using Python.
Participate in test planning and integration workshops.
Work with SQL/PL-SQL and backend data validation.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams in a DevTestOps workplace.
Perform structured, exploratory, system, integration, and end-to-end testing for CRM solutions.
Design, develop, and execute automated API tests.
Improve test stability, coverage, and execution efficiency.
