Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive with solid expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Google Apps Script to manage business data, reporting, dashboards, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for generating accurate MIS reports, analyzing business data, automating repetitive processes, and providing actionable insights to management.

The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyze data from databases.
• Develop and maintain Google Apps Script solutions for automation of repetitive tasks and reporting processes.
• Automate data collection, report generation, email notifications, data transfers,



and other routine activities using Apps Script.
• Create energetic dashboards and management reports to track KPIs, productivity, sales, operations, and performance metrics.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Identify data discrepancies, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy of MIS reports.
• Maintain structured databases, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Develop automated workflows between Google Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Drive, and other Google Workspace applications.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance data and highlight key findings to management.
• Work closely with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized MIS.
• Improve existing reporting processes through automation and standardization.
