Key Responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation to support customer deployment activities.
• Track and manage project plans for DevOps implementation, providing regular status updates to Project Managers.
• Lead and facilitate CI/CD governance calls with customers, ensuring alignment on processes and expectations.
• Drive automation across CI/CD processes, including security, compliance, and monitoring tools.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, conduct root cause analysis, and implement proactive risk-mitigation measures.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor customer experience metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate periodic progress reports for leadership review.

Required Skills

• Robust experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and deployment automation.




• Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience in incident management, RCA, and production support.
• Robust stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to track KPIs, project milestones, and governance metrics while preparing status reports.
• Understanding of Agile, ITIL, release management, and change management processes.
