Profile - We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and work closely with management on people strategy, organizational growth, performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead manpower planning, organizational structuring, and workforce budgeting.
• Oversee recruitment, including critical and senior-level hiring.
• Drive KPI, KRA, performance appraisal, and incentive processes.
• Develop employee retention, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
• Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and career development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, headcount, and manpower cost.
• Drive HRMS, process automation, and HR process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations.
• Provide management with data-driven HR insights and recommendations.
Requirements• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong exposure to Strategic HR, HRBP, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in a quick-paced technology, manufacturing, startup, or growing organization preferred.
