About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support the Sales team with accurate reporting, data management, performance tracking, and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Excel, comfortable working with large sales datasets, and able to coordinate with Sales Managers and Business Development teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Track sales performance against targets, achievements, and revenue goals.
• Prepare reports on leads, enquiries, site visits, conversions, closures, and revenue.
• Maintain and update sales data in CRM / internal systems.
• Track the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare individual salesperson and team-wise performance reports.
• Monitor lead ageing, follow-ups, pending opportunities,



and conversion ratios.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting errors and ensure timely correction.
• Create Excel dashboards and management reports for Sales Heads and senior management.
• Provide daily/weekly insights on sales trends, pipeline movement, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for data reconciliation.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all MIS reports are shared within agreed timelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sales and customer-related information.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, data validation, filters, and conditional formatting.
