Role Description The Steward (Italian Cuisine) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting dining operations by setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, and ensuring that food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and promptly. The Steward assists the serving team, coordinates with the kitchen for smooth service,



and upholds Toscano’s standards for hospitality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing service stations, handling tableware and glassware with care, and providing courteous support to guests as needed. The Steward also follows hygiene, safety, and quality protocols to maintain a high standard of service in line with Toscano’s brand.
Qualifications

• Robust Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Clear and skilled Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage, particularly Italian cuisine, including menu items and accompaniments.
• Experience in Food Service operations, including table setup, order support, and cleanliness.
• Ability to support Training efforts by learning standard operating procedures and sharing best practices with colleagues.
