Role Description The Air Ticketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves handling domestic and international air ticket bookings, managing reservations, and processing ticket sales through various GDS or airline platforms. The Air Ticketing Executive will assist customers with itinerary planning, fare options, flight changes,



and cancellations while ensuring accurate and timely issuance of tickets. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with airlines and internal teams, maintaining records and reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also requires proactive follow-up to resolve customer issues and support overall sales and service targets.
