Role Description
The Business Development Executive – Sales & Marketing is a full time, in office role responsible for driving business growth through sales, marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
The individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound sales activities, engage with prospective customers,



understand their requirements, and present suitable products, services, internships, and career-oriented programs.
Daily activities include lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, customer discovery calls, product/service presentations, sales conversions, digital marketing support, and customer relationship management. The role also involves maintaining updated records in CRM tools, tracking sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs.
The Business Development Executive will also support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, events, and other activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and expand the company's market reach.
