Role Description:

The Social Media Content Creator is a full time remote role responsible for planning, producing,



and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support healthcare and behavioral health clients. This role involves creating posts, short-form videos, graphics, and stories, as well as writing compelling copy that aligns with each client’s brand voice and marketing goals. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with account managers and digital marketers to execute content calendars, optimize campaigns for reach and engagement, and support lead generation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, monitoring platform performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and adjusting content strategies based on data and client feedback. The role also includes community management activities such as responding to comments and messages in a qualified and compliant manner.
