Role Description The Technical Service Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. In this position, the associate provides technical support to internal teams and clients, including diagnosing and resolving software, platform, and system issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to support requests, performing troubleshooting, gathering and documenting technical information,



and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role involves collaborating with analysts, developers, and QA professionals to identify root causes, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of services. The Technical Service Associate also maintains clear records of service activities, prepares basic reports, and supports knowledge base and documentation updates.
