Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through research, outbound outreach, and networking, and maintaining solid relationships with prospective clients. The associate will conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, prepare and deliver presentations about HR TEAM’s services, and support the development of proposals and sales materials. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements, tracking business development activities in CRM or similar tools, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The role also requires regular follow-ups with prospects, participation in client meetings, and clear communication of value propositions.





Qualifications:
• Solid presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
• Clear, confident communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR services or B2B professional services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work to targets, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
