Role & Responsibilities:
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and expanding market presence for specialty cold rolled steel products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identifying recent business prospects, and managing key customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecastdemand, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Own pricing,



quotations, and negotiations.
• Share monthly demand forecasts and order visibility, own collections and receivables, track competitors, and maintain disciplined CRM, pipeline, and MIS reporting.
• Lead technical-commercial conversations with purchase, quality, and production teams.
• Work closely with QA and production teams on trials, samples, and specifications.

Qualifications:
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Cold rolling strips and their application sectors and familiarity with B2B sales processes.
• Should have knowledge & experience of selling value/premium products
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functiona
