Role Description The Business Development (Brand Partnership) role at SuperSquare™ is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The individual in this role will identify and engage potential brand partners, develop and nurture relationships, and manage end-to-end partnership pipelines to drive revenue and strategic growth.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, generating qualified leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership offerings with client needs. The role involves regular meetings and negotiations with prospective partners, tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Robust Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform partnership strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders.
