Your Responsibilities:

As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for improving the end-user experience of our digital products in the manufacturing Engineering business capability. The role will leverage user experience research insights and recommendations to accelerate discussions and decisions early in the product development process.



Apply internal/external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as the blueprint for product team to turn a concept into a solution, while ensuring they stay consistent with brand standards. Designs will cover multiple products/components, in the same division, and enable moderate to highly complex and often concurrent user interactions. Participation in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy and standards for a narrow set of related solutions.

• Creates and designs elements or components resulting in high-quality user experience designs.
• Incorporates branding and common design guidelines into products. Creates wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and specifications.
• Follows appropriate design methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered design
• Work with Agile product teams to translate the input into features on product road maps
