• Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation projects.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and compare commercial offers.
• Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for tender-related clarifications.
• Conduct rate analysis and prepare project budgets.
• Evaluate project risks and identify cost-saving prospects.
• Maintain tender documentation, records, and bid history.
• Assist the project execution team with cost analysis and budget monitoring after project award.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements
• Solid knowledge of tendering procedures and estimation techniques.
• Experience in repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or restoration projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
