Job Title: FEA Engineer
Location:- Trivandrum
Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace.
Experience:-2–6 Years in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform structural, thermal, vibration, and fatigue analysis using FEA tools.
• Develop finite element models, meshing, boundary conditions, and load cases.
• Conduct linear and non-linear analysis of components and assemblies.
• Validate simulation results using engineering calculations and test data.
• Analyze stress, strain, deformation, and failure modes.
• Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings.
• Work closely with design and manufacturing teams for product optimization.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills:
• Robust knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, Nastran, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of structural mechanics, material properties, and strength of materials.
• Experience in static, agile, thermal, and vibration analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
