Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of US IT recruitment and be skilled in screening, and validating candidates for IT- roles.
• We are looking for receruiters who have worked on prime vendors or implementation partner , and very well versed with C2C submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Work Visa categories.
• Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Networking and Systems Administration.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, BCA and equivalent
