Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities to expand TalentCraft India’s learner base and institutional partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting the academy’s offerings to parents, schools, and other partners. The role involves managing client relationships,



maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activity, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Balaghat, requiring regular in-person engagement with local stakeholders and participation in events or campaigns that drive enrollment and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive Recent Business Development and Lead Generation through proactive outreach and market research.
• Strong understanding of Business and commercial acumen to support growth and revenue objectives.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Capability in Account Management to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or education services is preferred.
• Comfort working in an in office environment
