Position Summary
SHI is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Lead – Azure Cloud Sales to lead and expand our Microsoft Azure Cloud business across PAN India. This leadership role is responsible for driving Azure cloud revenue, developing high-performing sales teams, building strategic customer relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, and delivering sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Microsoft Azure Cloud Sales, enterprise B2B sales, team leadership,



and business development with experience managing multi-regional sales operations across India.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Azure Cloud Sales team across PAN India.
• Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability development programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build, scale, and retain a solid sales organization aligned with business growth plans.

Sales & Business Development
• Drive Azure Cloud Sales strategy and business development initiatives across enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across multiple industry verticals.
• Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies to achieve revenue and
