Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for supporting revenue growth and brand visibility for AOPL’s Industrial RFID, IoT, and smart automation solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns targeting key industry verticals. The role involves preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating product demos, maintaining CRM records, and following up with prospects to drive conversions. The associate will help create marketing content, manage digital channels, support events and trade shows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and sales strategies. The position requires regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate communication of solution advantages and customer requirements.
