Role Description The Retail Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Retail Sales Executive will welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable tile products and solutions.



This role includes explaining product features and advantages, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the store and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation follow-up. The Retail Sales Executive will maintain visual merchandising standards, keep product displays updated, and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. Daily responsibilities also include building long-term customer relationships, handling inquiries and concerns professionally, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback to management on customer trends and market needs.
