We're growing and looking for a sharp, driven SDR to help us build pipeline across North America and global enterprise markets.

The Role
You will be the tip of the spear in our outbound sales motion. Your job is to identify the right prospects, get them on the phone, earn their attention, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with the founder and sales leadership to refine messaging, crack recent verticals, and build a repeatable outbound engine.

What You'll Do
• Run high-volume outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to target accounts (data engineering leaders, CDOs, VP of Data, Head of Data Platform)
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked discovery calls




• Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on their data stack, pain points, and growth stage
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene — activity logging, pipeline tracking, follow-up sequences
• Work closely with the founder to sharpen messaging and iterate on what's working
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting booking targets

What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in business development or inside sales, with a solid preference for IT services, data engineering, analytics, or data infrastructure products
• Fluent English speaker — transparent, confident, and compelling on the phone
• Proven track record of cold calling into mid-market and enterprise accounts and booking meetings with senior technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable selling a technical product to a technical audience without getting lost in the weeds
• Self-starter who can work independently across time zones (overlap with US
