Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic International Travel Sales Executive to handle
international holiday enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle international holiday enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
• Suggest suitable international destinations, hotels, flights, sightseeing and activities.
• Prepare customized international itineraries and quotations.
• Handle destinations such as Europe, Dubai, Maldives, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Australia,
USA, UK, Mauritius, Seychelles, etc.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.




• Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company margins.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Build robust relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in International Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust negotiation, convincing and sales closing skills.
• Positive knowledge of international hotels, flights, transfers and sightseeing.
• Experience with CRM, Excel and WhatsApp Business is preferred.
