Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chartered Accountant role based in Shimla. The Chartered Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets,



monitoring project-wise cost accounting and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and non-profit regulations. The role will involve tax planning and filing, handling audits and liaising with external auditors and maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory and internal reporting. The Chartered Accountant will also support management with financial analysis, cash-flow planning and the implementation of robust internal controls across project and foundation activities.

Qualifications
• Qualified accounting and compliance skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance relevant to construction and non-profit sectors.
• Financial reporting and analysis skills: Experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, project cost tracking and variance analysis.
