Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end tender and bidding processes for industrial piping products and solutions. Daily activities include identifying relevant tenders,



reviewing tender documents, coordinating clarifications, and preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and company capabilities. The role involves close collaboration with sales, procurement, engineering, and finance teams to gather accurate pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance information. The Tendering Specialist will track tender status, maintain bid documentation, support negotiation and contract finalization, and update internal systems with tender outcomes. This role contributes directly to business growth by ensuring competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.
