About the RoleSuccess Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil, PEB & Site Development to manage the execution of our upcoming industrial projects in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, including Civil works, PEB construction, infrastructure and site development, while ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end execution of Civil, PEB and Site Development works.
• Execute industrial sheds, warehouses, factory buildings and associated infrastructure works.
• Supervise RCC foundations, pedestals, industrial flooring, office buildings, compound walls, roads, storm-water drainage and other civil works.
• Coordinate and supervise PEB fabrication/erection, roofing, cladding and associated works.




• Review architectural, structural, civil and PEB drawings before and during execution.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PEB vendors, contractors and other agencies.
• Prepare/check BOQs, quantity estimates, rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Verify contractor measurements, running bills and final bills.
• Prepare work orders for contractors/vendors and monitor work against agreed scope, rates and timelines.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate material requirements, procurement planning and site availability.
• Monitor project costs and control wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
• Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure implementation of site safety procedures and protected working practices.
