We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in team management, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales closure, pipeline management and performance tracking. Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Set individual and team-wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels including field sales, references, digital leads and partnerships.
• Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
• Review daily sales activities, calls, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
• Identify gaps in team performance and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Support sales executives in customer meetings and complex negotiations.




• Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Drive new customer acquisition and business development.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project, Technical, Finance and Customer Support teams for smooth execution after sales closure.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales reporting.
• Prepare and share regular sales MIS and performance reports with management.
• Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in closing critical deals.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, revenue and overall sales productivity.
