About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mohali. You will support the firm's financial, commercial, MSME and dispute resolution matters,



working closely with partners and senior lawyers on case strategy and delivery.
This is a hands-on role in a partner-led workplace, offering early responsibility, direct exposure to clients and the chance to take ownership of your own files as you progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Researching legal issues and applying statutes and case law to client matters
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, legal notices, opinions and case summaries
• Preparing and maintaining case files and supporting litigation and dispute resolution work
• Managing debt recovery, MSME claims and commercial disputes from assessment through to resolution
• Coordinating with clients, courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies
• Working with partners and senior lawyers to develop case strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking deadlines across multiple matters
• Ensuring timely, high-quality legal deliverables in line with skilled and ethical standard
