Key Responsibilities:• Perform dimensional inspection of manufactured components using measuring instruments.
• Verify dimensions as per engineering drawings, GD&T; requirements, and customer specifications.
• Use instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators, and CMM (if applicable).
• Conduct first article inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Prepare and maintain dimensional inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify non-conforming parts and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and inspection standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
