We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our organization through relationship building and recent business generation.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Coral Springs, FL, offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain robust relationships with retail and business clients
Present and demonstrate POS solutions to potential customers
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team success




Work closely with management to develop and execute growth strategies

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Business Development, or POS Systems Sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Solid customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving goals
Must be able to work onsite in Coral Springs, FL
