About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company’s revenue strategy, sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute the company’s overall sales and revenue strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and new market opportunities.
• Lead and manage the Sales, Business Development, and Revenue teams.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines,



conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
• Review market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Establish effective sales processes, reporting systems, and performance tracking.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales leaders and team members.
• Prepare and present regular revenue and sales performance reports to management.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management, or a related leadership role.
