Job Description
We are looking for an RF Test Engineer to carry out testing, measurement, and validation of RF/microwave components, subsystems, and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RF test equipment, solid fundamentals in RF/microwave theory, and the ability to troubleshoot issues through to root cause.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing of RF/microwave components, modules, and assemblies as per test plans and specifications
• Operate and calibrate RF test equipment including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters
• Develop and execute test procedures (ATP/ATR) and document test results, deviations, and non-conformances
• Debug and troubleshoot RF circuit/module failures,



working with Design and Production teams to resolve root causes
• Support environmental and reliability testing (temperature, vibration, humidity) in coordination with the Quality team
• Prepare test reports, data sheets, and calibration records in line with ISO 9001:2015 and customer quality requirements
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated test setups/scripts to improve test throughput and repeatability
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to resolve test failures and support design validation
• Maintain test equipment calibration schedules and ensure lab safety and 5S compliance

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in RF/microwave testing, preferably in defence, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing
• Robust understanding of RF/microwave fundamentals (S-parameters, VSWR, gain, noise figure, insertion loss, etc.)
• Hands-on experience
