Key Responsibilities -

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive loan sales and achieve business targets for three wheeler loans via dealer channel
• Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their performance meets or exceeds expectations.
• Identify and develop business prospects by building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and other strategic partners in the three wheeler industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, credit, and operations teams, to ensure seamless loan processing, timely disbursement, and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the two wheeler loan industry, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting achievements,



challenges, and recommended actions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, such as banks, auto dealerships, and other referral sources, to drive loan business and enhance the company's market presence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or post-graduate qualifications in sales or finance will be advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and business development roles within the financial services industry, preferably in an NBFC, with a focus on two/three/auto wheeler loans.
• Solid knowledge of the vehicle loan market, including customer segments, loan products, pricing, and competitive landscape.
