Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist – IT Sales to support our international business development activities across the USA, UK, and Australia markets. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in building a career in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Research potential clients and identify relevant decision-makers in international markets.
• Connect with prospects and understand their business and technology requirements.
• Introduce and promote the company's IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Assist in lead generation, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting.




• Maintain regular communication and build professional relationships with prospects.
• Support the sales team in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and internal teams to support client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Inside Sales, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Robust interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Positive understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Strong interest in international B2B sales and IT services.
