Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel/resort revenue and occupancy targets.
• Generate current business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, wedding planners, event companies, and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle corporate, group, wedding, event, and leisure booking enquiries.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, packages, and contracts with clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events, packages, and other hotel services.
• Identify recent markets and business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings.




• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, bookings, client interactions, and sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Attend client meetings, property visits, sales calls, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
• Handle client negotiations and ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Support the hotel management in achieving overall business and revenue objectives.
• Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales or hospitality sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive knowledge of corporate, group, wedding
