Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead and grow our influencer marketing vertical.
The role will involve working closely with leading brands across the skincare, dermatology, pediatrics, healthcare and consumer health segments, building impactful influencer-led campaigns from strategy through execution.
We are looking for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem beyond simply coordinating posts — someone who can develop campaign ideas, identify the right creators and medical voices, manage clients, negotiate commercials, oversee execution and evaluate campaign performance.
Prior experience working with skincare, beauty, healthcare, pharmaceutical, pediatric, wellness or consumer health brands would be a robust advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from campaign strategy and creator selection to execution and reporting.
• Develop influencer strategies based on the client's brand objectives, target audience, platform and campaign KPIs.
• Identify,



evaluate and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, doctors, KOLs and digital opinion leaders.
• Build and maintain a solid network of influencers and talent management agencies.
• Manage campaigns across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, podcasts, webinars, reels and other emerging digital formats.
• Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, contracts and campaign coordination.
• Work closely with clients to understand briefs and translate them into actionable influencer marketing plans.
• Manage relationships with major brand and agency stakeholders.
• Develop campaign concepts and content directions in collaboration with internal creative, editorial and marketing teams.
• Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and agreed communication.
