Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-campus role based in Thane. This role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus visits, and explaining program offerings and admission criteria. The counselor will engage in outreach activities such as information sessions,



school or college visits, and education fairs to promote the institute’s programs. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, supporting application and documentation processes, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience. The role also involves contributing to enrollment strategies, providing data and feedback on admissions trends, and upholding the institute’s standards of professionalism and student-centric service.
