Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support,



onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. This full time, in office role in Rajkot will involve maintaining HR records, supporting performance management activities, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. The role includes handling employee relations matters, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and department managers to support workforce planning and foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work workplace.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR processes and frameworks.
