Your Role
As an Senior Specialist at StayVista,



you will be responsible for driving revenue through events and curated experiences across our three brands—Residences, Gram, and Vaana. You will build demand through outbound efforts, convert opportunities into high-value events, curate differentiated experiences, and ensure seamless execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and on-ground experience delivery.

About You
• Drive outbound reach-outs to corporates, colleges, planners, and communities to build a solid pipeline of event and experience leads
• Conduct sales pitches, meetings, and close high-value deals while developing partnerships with repeat demand generators
• Own revenue targets for events and experiences across Residences, Gram, and Vaana, including upselling to maximize revenue per stay
• Create and optimize pricing strategies, packages, and bundled offerings while identifying recent revenue opportunities
• Conceptualize and curate experiences across weddings, corporate offsites, colleg
