The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key programs/projects within the Business Unit. This role requires coordinating across departments, managing complex projects, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal resource utilization while mitigating risks and adhering to quality standards. The position also entails ensuring compliance with customer contracts and obligations, interpreting and implementing them effectively. Additionally, this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position in Business Development or Operations within 4–5 years.

Educational Qualification / Experience required

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering.
• Over 15 years of experience in program management, preferably in manufacturing, with exposure to at least two core functions.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience leading teams of program managers and engineers.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.





Key Responsibilities

• Develop program strategies, scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective planning and resource allocation to achieve program objectives.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage program budgets and financial performance to meet all financial goals, including margins, inventory, and EBITDA.
• Monitor and report program performance, providing regular dashboards on program health.
