Department Overview

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Talent Management Delivery based in our India Global Business Services Office. This position also partners across Global People and GBS to support operational consistency, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Supervisor, Talent Management to lead the day-to-day execution and technical coordination of our global talent cycles. In this role,



you will be the coordinator for the operational workstreams supporting Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and High Potential (HiPo) Cohort Management.

Working within the McDonald's System, you will act as the primary interface between HRBPs, IT/HRIS, and AMS/Scaled Services. You will ensure that our talent platforms are ready for use, that data is accurate, and that our global talent identification processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at managing timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting stakeholders through critical talent milestones.

Duties

Technical Oversight & Operational Lead

• System Readiness Coordination: Supervise the technical readiness of the McDonald's talent platforms, ensuring all configuration elements for Talent Reviews and Succession Planning are tested and functional.

• Defect Triage & Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues. Partner with AMS/Scaled
