Salesperson / Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate recent sales leads through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



delivery, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements
· Real Estate sales experience is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales preferred; freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.

Compensation
Salary: ₹35000– ₹45000 per month + Incentives
