Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted prospecting across relevant markets and industries.



Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, initiating contact via calls, emails, and social channels, and clearly articulating Flitz Interactive’s services and value propositions. The SDR will schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. This role also involves meeting defined activity and pipeline targets, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of the sales process.

• Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification within B2B or technology-focused environments.
• Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to build rapport and convey complex solutions clearly.
