Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Development Representative role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify current business prospects through inside sales activities such as outbound calls, emails,



and social outreach. The role includes researching target accounts, generating leads, and scheduling discovery meetings or product demos for the sales team. The person in this position will collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to follow up on campaigns, nurture prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities also involve understanding Volody’s CLM solution, communicating its value to potential customers, and contributing to revenue growth in the assigned region.
