About the Role
As a Commercial & Pre-Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial execution of SmartWinnr's sales process.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, commercial operations, pre-sales and customer documentation. You will help convert customer requirements into explicit proposals, commercial documents and solution documentation, while ensuring that every document moving through the sales process is accurate, complete and professionally presented.





The role requires someone who is exceptionally meticulous, commercially aware and comfortable working with detailed documentation. You should enjoy working with contracts, proposals, pricing, terms, structured information and multiple stakeholders, and have the discipline to catch inconsistencies before they reach a customer.

You will work closely with Account Executives, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Deal Documentation
• Prepare and maintain commercial proposals, quotations, pricing documents, Statements of Work, order-related documents and other customer-facing commercial documentation.
• Review commercial documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency and adherence to approved commercial terms.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of customer contracts and related documentation across internal and external stakeholders.
