Cadworks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a energetic and performance-oriented Business Development Associate to join their team. The role is critical for expanding the customer base, creating sales opportunities, converting prospects, and strengthening client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective customers using cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
Connect with prospects to understand their requirements, challenges, and expectations.
Introduce and explain relevant company offerings based on customer needs.
Handle prospects throughout the sales funnel from initial outreach to final deal closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely movement of leads through different sales stages.
Work towards achieving individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Maintain strong engagement with both potential and existing customers.
Develop long-term professional relationships with clients and prospects.
Keep CRM records, sales trackers, and customer databases updated.




Explore new markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments for successful customer onboarding and execution.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Identify gaps in the existing sales process and suggest ways to improve lead generation and conversion.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
6+ months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and sales conversion.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage leads and drive them towards closure.
Highly motivated with a solid focus on achieving targets.
Good relationship-building and customer-handling capabilities.
