Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Business Development Manager who can communicate and champion our services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships, sells consultatively, and has a track record of driving revenue growth. They engage prospects, explain our value proposition clearly, and close deals. This role suits a self-motivated skilled who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setting and is comfortable working closely with clients in the US.




Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell the company's services to new and existing clients, tailoring each pitch to the client's specific needs and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships that keep satisfaction and retention high.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, persuasive communication, and proven closing techniques.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop, refine, and carry out sales strategies and go to market plans.
• Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to spot recent business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM, and give management regular updates and forecasts.
• Work early morning hours, from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST, to match the business hours of our US
