We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and other sources.
Handle incoming property inquiries and understand clients' buying requirements.
Present and explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and available units to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales and booking process.
Coordinate with internal teams including CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on property prices, market trends, competitors, and recent projects.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to booking and post-sales support.
